+ What will happen to Teen Jazz when Shannon is no longer a teenager?

Teen Jazz isn’t just for Teens

Nothing different. Teen Jazz is not a site about Shannon Kennedy, it is a site about and for young musicians. Shannon will continue to host Teen Jazz in order to help young artists gain exposure and learn more about the music industry.

Besides, Teen Jazz, despite its name, is not just for teenagers. Teen Jazz is for anyone and everyone look for insight to the music industry. A little inside information on Teen Jazz is that some of the artists are over 18. In fact, anyone under the age of 30 is allowed to apply to become a Teen Jazz Artist. Anyone over 18 is allowed to apply to become a Teen Jazz Influence. Yes, there is a bit of a gray window for those in their 20s, but depending on what stage they’re at, they can qualify for either feature.

There are absolutely no age restrictions on Teen Jazz! So, even when Shannon turns 21, 25 or 30, Teen Jazz is still going to be online as long as there is internet or whatever replaces it. For artists who outgrow their “teen artist” title, they will be archived, not deleted.
